BC Enisey guard Jordan Mathews was injured during a home match against Nizhny Novgorod. The player has a complete ruptured Achilles tendon.

This is a very serious injury for an athlete. Mathews is in optimal condition in the last two games, given the long break. For almost 10 months, the player was without basketball due to the pandemic.

Psychologically, this is a very difficult moment. He needs to stay strong.
